Please Read Carefully!
It is SMP's company policy that if you are returning or need to return a DVD "digital video disc"
for any reason, we can NOT reimburse for the "Full" amount.
For this reason, SMP reserves the right to charge a one time - $20.00 - restock charge fee per edited DVD sold,
that is returned to us within a "30" day grace period.
The reason we do this, is simply because our DVD's are NOT "re recordable!"
Any and all sold DVD's (which are promptly returned in that 30 day grace period,) "we then, can make adjustments to return the remaining portion of the customer’s purchase after
the restock fee is deducted from that portion of the sale.
All merchandise "MUST" be returned to us within "30" days of purchase or delivery, before a return order can
be sent to a customer or client.
If a customer calls concerning a particular order/s, after thier "30" days grace period has expired,
SMP may reserve the right at our discretion, to refuse
replacement of products or services to anyone at anytime.
If the DVD is completely
"unviewable" so as you can not even see the image at all,
(at SMP's discretion), you “may” be entitled to a full refund or another DVD type can
be made for the client and sent out to them at no cost,(as per SMP's discretionary quality control).
